le: A Day at the Beach Last weekend, I headed to the beach with my friends and had a fantastic time. The bright sun, clear blue sky, and soft sand under our feet made for a perfect day. We started the day by playing beach volleyball. Despite the heat, we were all full of energy as we ran across the sand trying to score points. After a few games, we decided to take a swim in the calm, cool water. The refreshing feeling of the water was just what we needed, and we spent the next hour splashing around and enjoying the waves. Next, we relaxed on the beach and soaked up the sun while reading books and chatting. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of sandwiches and fruit, and then made sandcastles and sunbathed on the sand. It was the perfect getaway from our busy city lives, and we promised to come back soon – to make more memories and to enjoy the beauty of the beach again.
